The Dream Job
By Eileen Hebert

Imagine for a moment getting out of bed – without awaking to the sound of an alarm clock but rather after waking up to the sound of birds singing outside your window.  As you walk out of the bedroom you glance at the clock to see that it is 8am.  You know it’s going to be a great day.

You spend 20 minutes working out before you shower and eat a light breakfast.  By now it is 9:30 and you head to the office.  You walk all the way down the hall to the room on the right.  There it is, your office.  You are relaxed and feeling peaceful but anxious to get the work done.

You spend the next few hours at your desk working diligently at the daily tasks and goals designated for the day.   This job is based on your favorite hobby.  Today you are writing content for your website about various issues related to your hobby.  At lunch time you stop work and enjoy a meal with family members.   Then it’s back to work until the end of the day.

On this particular day you’ve planned to stop early because you want to do some shopping before the stores get crowded – it’s always nice to avoid that rush hour traffic.  You’ll make that time up later tonight or perhaps you’ll plan to start the next day a little earlier than usual.  Flexibility is plentiful with this dream job.

Does that sound like a job for you?  The only thing holding you back from having a job like that is you.  Home-based businesses are not only for a chosen few.  Anyone with the drive and desire can start a home-based business.

In most cases start up can be done on a shoe string budget.  Many people start on a part-time basis in order to keep their j-o-b until signs of success become apparent with the new business.  At that time these individuals take great pride in the fact that they are able to fire their boss and pursue their dream job on a full-time basis.

Wouldn’t it be wonderful to love what you do on a daily basis?  Wouldn’t it be amazing to get paid to do what you love?  It is possible to have a rich and meaningful life making a living from things that matter to you.  This can lead to a feeling of fulfillment that is on a much deeper level than you perhaps have ever felt before.  Consider the joys of a home-based business today!

Eileen,
I really enjoyed our session. All the ideas you had for me will defiantly help my business grow and establish me as an expert in my field. You have really encouraged me and inspired me to be creative and to think of so many ways I can generate more business. I have already used one of the ideas you gave me and am working on so many more. This past holiday weekend we had the best week at the store since it has opened and I know it is a direct cause of applying what we discussed.  I would definitely encourage anyone who needs some great advice and direction to work with you.  Please use my testimonial to encourage others. Thank you for your help.

Dear Eileen,
More was gained from my 90 minute consultation than from years of wading and wandering through the available information attempting to find a plan.  I felt understood as a unique individual.  The information and ideas learned were both inspiring and practical regarding opportunities I'd already wondered about plus many more I'd never considered.  There is clarity in the immediate steps I'm now taking doing things that I enjoy plus I learned of many resources I hadn't known existed to look into during the coming weeks and months.  Now, I have the beginnings of a flexible, workable plan and the awareness that I really can create the life I want to live and have the means to support that life.

Hi Eileen,
What a great idea! It's fresh and new and definitely has a lot of potential. I've never heard of anyone doing anything like that. And my husband could help me with the business cards as we have a computer program for that. Yes, I would definitely have to get a portfolio put together. Hmmm......there are a lot of possibilities with this idea. Thanks so much for the suggestion. I will definitely think about it. :-)
